Gaming and Promotions Reopening
The health and safety of our patrons and employees is our number one priority. We continue to closely monitor Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines and public health advancements, and we have implemented operational procedures and protocols that you need to know before you make your next trip to The Artesian Hotel, Casino & Spa.
Daily Operations. The Artesian Casino occupancy will be limited to 25% of building capacity, and the casino will close daily from 4 a.m. to 8 a.m. to allow for deep-cleaning of all areas of the gaming floor using electrostatic spraying techniques with EPA-certified chemicals.
Other notable changes to operations include:
- Some electronic games will be relocated.
- Promotions and casino events are suspended.
- Tables games are suspended until further notice.
- Mega Frenzy Bingo is suspended until further notice.
- Complimentary drink stations will not be operable. Complimentary waters and sodas are available at bar areas.
- Valet service is by request only. Please visit the front desk to request valet.
Enhanced Cleaning and Disinfecting Protocols. Enhanced cleaning procedures will be followed, including the use of electrostatic sprayers and EPA-certified chemicals during daily closures as well as more frequent manual disinfection processes with EPA-registered disinfectant on high-touch surfaces like electronic games, door handles, railings, elevator buttons, ATMs and other hard surfaces. The number of hand sanitizer dispensers has been increased and will be placed at guest and employee entrances and exits as well as high-contact areas such as reception areas, ATMs, Player’s Club desk and elevator landings.
Physical Distancing. Guests are advised to practice physical distancing leaving six feet between themselves and people not traveling with them while standing in lines, using elevators or moving around the property. Every other chair will be removed from electronic games on the gaming floor.

Ongoing disinfecting services using electrostatic sprayers and EPA-certified chemicals will be used on an ongoing basis along with manual cleaning efforts with EPA-certified disinfectants. Additionally, electronic game attendants will sanitize electronic games frequently and thoroughly throughout the day.
If maximum capacity is reached, patrons will be asked to wait in clearly marked queue lines that have been set up at the casino entrances and spaced six feet apart to allow for physical distancing as patrons wait to enter the facility. As other individuals leave the facility, individuals in line will be able to enter the building.

We will resume promotions and events when it is determined to be a responsible operational process as well as provides equitable opportunity for all patrons to participate. We will provide updates via our website, social channels, mail and email, where applicable, as more information regarding promotions becomes available.
Expired offers are no longer valid. New offers will be issued to you and will have applicable redemption and expiration dates.
Gaming tickets/vouchers that would have been valid during the temporary closure may be redeemed at Players Club desk and the Cashiers Cage for up to 14 days after May 27, 2020. After June 10, 2020, expired gaming tickets/vouchers must be redeemed at the Cashiers Cage.
Yes, you will be able to use your Players Club Card on electronic games.
Your Players Club Card remained active and your tier status has been maintained. All earned points and entries have been kept in your account.
