All group event operations are suspended until further notice. A group sales representative will be in contact with you if your event is affected. If you have questions about your event, please call 580-622-8112. We will continue to update our website based on current available information.
All refunds will be handled by The Artesian Group Sales staff. If you have booked an event and would like to reschedule, your deposit can be applied toward the next available date. If you would like to cancel your event and receive a refund, please reach out to your Sales Representative for a Refund Request Form.
If you have questions about the event you are attending as a guest, please contact the event organizer for details of the event’s status. Unfortunately, we are unable to answer attendee questions about events booked at The Artesian.
The Artesian will begin booking events based on group size and ability of the groups’ needs to fit our reopening plans. For more information, please fill out our Request for Proposal Form.
