We continue to closely monitor Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines and public health advancements, and we have implemented operational procedures and protocols throughout our retail shops that you need to know before you make your next trip to The Artesian Hotel, Casino & Spa.
Physical Distancing. Guest occupancy restrictions are in place for all retail shops, and guests are expected to follow occupancy limits. Guests are advised to practice physical distancing leaving six feet between themselves and people not traveling with them while standing in lines or while shopping. Additional physical distancing measures may include the relocation of products behind counters for employee retrieval rather than self-service, cashless payment systems or receipt-less transactions and other measures as appropriate for a specific retail shop.
Daily Operations. Hours of operation may vary to allow for additional cleaning procedures and protocols. We will do our best to keep current hours of operation for each establishment below. Product selection may be limited, and purchases are limited to essential items to include sundries, toiletries and pre-packaged food and beverage items.
