CONTEST RULES

Important:  Please read these rules before entering this contest (the “Mother’s Day Giveaway”).

By participating in this Contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. The Mother’s Day Giveaway is operated by LDWW. LDWW will share information regarding this promotion only with The Artesian Hotel & Casino for marketing purposes. For the purposes of these rules,

1. LDWW is the digital marketing firm for The Artesian Hotel & Casino.  From Monday, April 26, 2021 through Monday, May 3, 2021, The Artesian Hotel & Casino is giving away a free stay at the Artesian Hotel on May 8, 2021, two meal vouchers to The Springs at The Artesian and a spa package for two.
2. Participants must be 18 years of age or older with a valid I.D. to participate. Participants must claim their prize, a free stay at the Artesian Hotel on May 8, 2021, two meal vouchers to The Springs at The Artesian and a spa package for two, within twelve (12) hours of being notified about winning. The following individuals or entities are not eligible to participate or win during the promotional activity; employees of The Artesian Hotel & Casino; employees of LDWW, employees of the Chickasaw Nation prohibited from participating as set forth by any of the Chickasaw Nation’s policies, regulations or laws; anyone who has been barred from any of the Chickasaw Nation’s facilities; or any promotional sponsors.
3. The Mother’s Day Giveaway will begin at 9 a.m. on April 26, 2021 and end at 12 p.m. on
   May 3, 2021. For participants to be eligible they must enter the contest via The Artesian Hotel & Casino’s contest page. New and existing fans are eligible to participate.
4. Contest participants are eligible to enter the sweepstakes one time during the contest period-begins 9 a.m. on April 26, 2021 and ends at 12 p.m. on May 3, 2021.
5. The drawing will be held at approximately 12 p.m. on May 3, 2021. One winner(s) will be selected and notified on the aforementioned date. The winner must respond within twelve (12) hours of receiving notification or the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn. In the event the winner is unable to accept the prize, a new winner will be drawn. If the winner is unable to, for any reason, accept any element of the prize, the winner will forfeit that portion of the prize to LDWW. One winner(s) will receive a free stay at the Artesian Hotel, two meal vouchers to The Springs at The Artesian and a spa package for two.
6. LDWW will be the sole determinant of the winner.
7. Winner(s) are required to claim their prize within twelve (12) hours of being notified about winning.
8. Acceptance of the prize constitutes winner’s permission for LDWW, Chickasaw Nation and affiliates to use his/her likeness or name for publicity or promotional uses without compensation or notice. Winner must agree to sign a publicity release form before prize will be released.
9. By clicking the check box next to the email opt-in agreement, you are agreeing to receive promotional emails from The Artesian Hotel & Casino.
10. LDWW expressly reserves the right to void any entry for any or no reason and/or to change, cancel, amend or modify any portion or all of this promotion at any time or times without notice for any or no reason.
11. Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and a forfeiture of any prizes.
12. Participation in this promotion and/or tournament further constitutes the affirmative consent of each Patron to exclusive jurisdiction of the Nation, its regulatory bodies and courts without limit to time or event, which shall govern this promotion.
